A major city centre rebuild in Union Street following fire damage and demolition of a Victorian four storey warehouse building.

Access to the inner courtyard forms part of the Glasgow city centre pedestrian route from Union Street to the Merchant City. The scheme was shortlisted for a Scottish Enterprise Regeneration Design Award.
