Offices : St Thomas' Hospital

The Guys & St Thomas' NHS Trust commissioned cfp to refurbish and reconfigure this Grade 2 listed 18th Century hospital building, to create new offices.

The building had fallen into disrepair and had suffered extensive vandalism. cfp have opened up the late 19th Century atrium, formed in an early example of reinforced concrete, as well as reconstructing some of the 18th Century interiors and providing the Trust with a suite of modern office and training spaces. The proposal was value engineered to meet the Client's budget.
