Office & Distribution Centre : Irvine

This project for John Menzies plc is within an Enterprise Zone being undertaken as a property development by the practice, sold on to investors with the firm retained as Architects for the building construction.

The Irvine project developed the John Menzies Distribution Company's corporate design approach by engineering their service plant requirements within the roof design thus freeing space within the operations area.
