Badric Court Refurbishment : Wandsworth

cfp were commissioned by Wandsworth Borough Council to carry out comprehensive refurbishment works to this interesting concrete framed estate, built in the 1970’s.

The brief included window replacement, redecoration, concrete and brickwork repairs, and renewal of certain areas of the roof. cfp worked closely with the client and contractor to ensure that disruption to the residents was minimised, particularly when it came to replacing their windows. As a result, almost all residents expressed satisfaction with the work.
